In order to activate your account you’ll need to complete & sign some additional details. The information will be held in the strictest confidence and used for accounts purposes only.

You’ll need to supply us with the following:

  1. Full NAME / company details:

    Registered trading name, address and company number.


  2. Proof of address:

    Two clear images of recent bank statements, utility bills or government tax documents. These need to be no more than 6 months old.

  3. proof of identity:

    A clear image of your passport or UK drivers license.


  4. References:

    We need to validate your references and contact people in the film, TV or photography industry for this. Include name, job title, company and phone contact details. Students can supply tutor details for validation.


  5. Insurance details:

    We need the details of your insurance that covers hired in equipment on file. We’ll need the company name, address, phone number, policy number and policy limit details. If you don’t have an insurance policy we can simply add it to your quote for you.
